9. Ryan Pellum, WR, Millikan

Pellum is ranked as the No. 14 wide receiver in the Class of 2024 but is a true Swiss-army knife who played all three phases of the game as a junior. The 5-foot-11, 170-pound Pellum caught 52 passes for over 1,000 yards and 10 touchdowns, added 27 tackles on defense and returned a kickoff for a score. The four-star wideout chose to stay close to home and committed to USC in June over offers from Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, LSU and many others.
