9. Kam Davis, RB, Dougherty High School 

Davis plays quarterback for Dougherty High School but will be a running back in college when he goes to Florida State. It’s not hard to see why the 5-foot-10, 210-pound four-star is being recruited as a running back. This past season, he rushed for 1,115 yards, averaging 7.7 yards per carry, and had 13 rushing touchdowns while also throwing for 2,736 yards. His dual-threat ability is a problem for defenses and he will be a must watch this season.
