10. Turbo Richard, RB, Northwestern High School 

With Richard in the backfield, Northwestern made it all the way to the state championship last year. The three-star running back rushed for 2,045 yards and 24 touchdowns while also being selected to the all-state team. In the state semifinals, he rushed for 160 yards and a touchdown on just 16 carries. Richard committed to Boston College in June.
