8. Marcus Downs, DL, Riverside High School 

Downs is the top defensive lineman in South Carolina for the Class of 2024. Last year, Downs had one sack, three pass breakups, three tackles for a loss and 36 tackles for Riverside. The 6-foot-5, 250-pound defensive lineman has offers from North Carolina, Georgia, Auburn and Tennessee as well as others but hasn’t made a decision yet on where he wants to go.
