Ten Eagles Earn CRCA National Scholar-Athlete Honors

CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. – The Boston College rowing team saw 10 student-athletes garner recognition from the Collegiate Rowing Coaches Association (CRCA) as the 2022-23 National Scholar-Athlete honors were announced this week by the organization. To qualify, a student-athlete must meet both academic and athletic requirements, such as being in at least their second year of eligibility and maintaining an average cumulative GPA of 3.50 or higher. Additionally, student-athletes must have rowed in their institution’s NCAA or IRA eligible boats for a minimum of 75% of the spring races or race in an NCAA boat at their conference championship/NCAA championship.
