3. Jace Billingsley, Lowry (2009-11)
Billingsley is No. 3 all-time with 5,666 yards rushing at Lowry. Beyond that, he was a multi-dimensional threat. The 5-foot-9, 190-pounder was an all-state quarterback and 3A MVP. Billingsley shifted to wide receiver at Eastern Oregon. He had a brief stint with the Detroit Lions in 2017.
