6. Bryson Drummond, Junior, Greenville High School
Greenville made it to the state semifinals last year in part because Drummond was playing quarterback. It was his first season as the starter and the sophomore delivered in a big way. Drummond threw for 2,498 yards and 34 touchdowns with a 68.9% completion rate. Drummond thrived last year and with him returning as well as a talented receiving core the Red Raiders will likely have a great season.
