Top 10 Big Ten transfers for 2023 college football season

9. Andre Carter, DL, Indiana 

The Hoosiers’ defense ranked No. 119 at the end of the 2022-23 season, and now it’s added a key defensive player in Carter, who will have one year to show why he’s one of the top Big Ten transfers.

Carter originally played at Western Michigan, recording 134 career tackles, 12.5 sacks and one interception, but in Bloomington, he will aim to help Tom Allen and company rebound from a 4-8 record.
