Top 10 California QBs for 2023 high school football season
LOS ANGELES (BVM) – The state of California is known for elite high school football talent and in particular, excellent quarterback play. Many of the state’s top signal callers have already signed to Power 5 programs – including the No. 1 player in California’s Class of 2024 – and plenty of others remain uncommitted.
