Top 10 California QBs for 2023 high school football season

8. Michael Tollefson, Jr., JSerra Catholic

Tollefson is the third Class of 2025 QB on this list but the first committed prospect. The four-star recruit committed to Arizona State in June following a sophomore campaign in which he threw for 1,567 yards and eight touchdowns while rushing for 644 yards and another nine scores for San Juan Hills. Now at JSerra Catholic for his junior season, expect Tollefson to prove why he’s one of California’s best QBs this fall after choosing the Sun Devils over the likes of Georgia, Miami, Michigan State, Ole Miss, Oregon and others.
