Saint Augustine’s University Athletic Director’s Wife Passes Away

RALEIGH, N.C. (July 27) – Mrs. Margo Dawson, the wife of Saint Augustine’s University (SAU) athletic director Dr. J. Lin Dawson, passed away on Friday, July 21st, in Raleigh, NC at the age of 64. Mrs. Dawson and Dr. Dawson were married for 38 years and had three adult children, twin granddaughters, and one grandson. Dr. Dawson joined the Falcons in April 2022 and assumed the athletic director duties in January 2023.
