8. Hudauri Hines, CB, Franklin Central

The 6-foot-2, 185-pound Hines is a good athlete who has also had a strong track career at Franklin Central. However, it’s on the gridiron that his talent has truly shined. As a sophomore, Hines made 32 tackles while breaking up three passes. As a junior, he put up similar numbers with 28 tackles, one fumble recovery and five pass breakups. He also showed his versatility by contributing eight catches for 116 yards and two touchdowns on the offensive side of the ball. Earlier this year, Hines became the first commit for Purdue in its 2024 class as the Boilermakers begin a new era under Ryan Walters.
