At 6-foot-1 and 170 pounds, Flowers is the state’s top quarterback. As a first-time starter last year, he threw for 3,009 yards along with 37 TDs. The Rigby field general took his team to a Class 5A championship. Major Division I schools have taken notice. The University of Arizona offered him, but Flowers ultimately decided on the University of Montana.
