10. Lamar Best, Sophomore, Willingboro High School 

Last year as a freshman, Best was able to take Willingboro from a 1-5 start to winning six straight games and making it to the state semifinals. The impressive turnaround by the Chimeras with Best leading the way was a glimpse into what the next few years could be like for the talented, young quarterback. Best threw for 1,358 yards and 23 touchdowns, including a five-touchdown performance in the playoffs against Point Pleasant Boro.
