10. Rahshawn Clark, ATH, Garfield 

Clark transferred from Federal Way High School to Garfield High School for his senior season, and he’s playing wide receiver and cornerback, ready to show he can get the job done on both sides of the ball. Clark will also play alongside California football commit EJ Caminong and look to make a significant impact for the Bulldogs in 2023.
