CROSS COUNTRY ANNOUNCES 2023 SCHEDULE

RICHMOND, Va. – VCU Cross Country Head Coach Jon Riley announced the 2023 schedule for both the men and women, with the 2023 season set to get going on Sept. 2. The Ram men and women open the season in Mechanicsville, Va. at the Spider Alumni Open, hosted by Richmond on Sept. 2. Two weeks later, on Sept. 15 the Rams head to Newport News, Va., to take part in the CNU XC Regional hosted by Christopher Newport.
