10. Kylan Billiot, WR, Terrebonne

Billiot is considered a fast riser among his senior–class peers. The wideout recorded 33 catches for 547 yards and five touchdowns for his Tigers football team, earning himself all-district honors. However, as talented as Billiot is, it wasn’t enough to bring Terrebonne success as they finished the season with a 3-7 record.

This poor team performance hasn’t stopped scouts from flocking to watch the talented Billiot. The 6-foot-3, 195-pound wideout is ranked as high as the No. 3 player in the state by 247 Sports and received 12 scholarship offers from D-I programs including Georgia Tech, Louisiana, Louisiana Tech and Tulane among others. But Billiot chose to go with the biggest program he was offered by when he committed to in-state LSU on June 14.
