Cook checks in at No. 3 among the high school seniors of D.C. He only appeared in six games as a junior but left his mark on the field. The 6-foot-4, 260-pounder was a disruptive force. Cook recorded five sacks and six tackles for loss. 247Sports ranks him as the fourth-best senior prospect in the District. A long lineup of major schools would vie for his services. Cook chose Penn State in late June.
