3. Ethan Minter, Sr., Thomas Dale

Minter is another talented quarterback in the Class of 2024. Last year, he threw for 1,916 yards with 17 touchdowns and just two interceptions while rushing for 947 yards and 14 more scores as he led his Knights to a 10-2 record. His 2,863 total yards ranked seventh in the state last season as he earned Class 6A second-team all-state honors behind Evans.

Unlike others on this list, Minter already knows his college destination. Minter is ranked a consensus three-star recruit and held six scholarship offers from James Madison, Marshall, Maryland, Old Dominion and Virginia Tech but ultimately committed to the Virginia Cavaliers in March.
