Linking up with senior wideout and Notre Dame commit Cam Williams has been the key to success for Glenbard South over the past few years and no one has taken advantage of the opportunity more than Champagne. Fresh off a 2021 campaign that saw the Raiders quarterback pass for 22 touchdowns, Champagne brought much of the same play in his junior season with 1,776 passing yards and 29 touchdowns. With just two interceptions on the year, Glenbard South’s passing attack clicked once again as Champagne helped the team to a 7-3 campaign. With one final season left for the senior quarterback, the dynamic combo could be in for a big year as they look to make a playoff run.
