Top 10 Minnesota HS football players in Class of 2024

1. Koi Perich, S, Lincoln Secondary

Perich is Minnesota’s top senior football player and the only safety to appear on this list. The 6-foot-1, 195-pound two-way athlete did it all last season, rushing for more than 800 yards and 11 touchdowns on the ground. Perich also caught an additional nine touchdowns, returned two punts for touchdowns and returned three kickoffs for scores. On defense, the four-star prospect had 75 tackles, three interceptions, four forced fumbles and two sacks. Offered by Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Washington, Wisconsin and others, Perich committed to Minnesota in April and will headline the Golden Gophers’ strong 2024 class.
