9. KhiJohnn Cummings-Coleman, WR, Coon Rapids Senior

Cummings-Coleman is the first of two wide receivers to appear on this list but he’s the only uncommitted prospect. The 6-foot, 195-pound senior caught 51 passes for 870 yards and 11 touchdowns last season for Coon Rapids. Despite offers from Iowa, Iowa State, Kansas, Minnesota and others, Cummings-Coleman remains undecided on a college program.
