3. Cade Klubnik, Clemson

The Tigers hired Garret Riley, who helped TCU to the national championship after serving as its offensive coordinator and QB coach in 2022. The addition of Riley could help Klubnik take a step forward and improve after taking the starting role from DJ Uiagalelei, who’s now at Oregon State.

Klubnik passed for just 697 yards and two TDs, but it was his performance in the ACC championship game that turned heads. He had 279 passing yards, one TD and was awarded the ACC championship game MVP, but now he’s back for his sophomore season and will make the most of his time as the starter.
