10. Mitch Griffis, Wake Forest

Sam Hartman was the star in Wake Forest for five seasons, throwing for an ACC record 110 TDs. He’s now at Notre Dame, and the Deacons will look to Griffis to go under center. Griffis appeared in six games and made one start, and he finished the season with 348 passing yards and five TDs.

In 2023 he’ll look to refine his skills and grasp a solid feel for the offense which was seen when he threw for 325 yards, two TDs and completed 66% of his passes in Wake Forest’s spring game.
