8. Jack Plummer, Louisville
The Cardinals have a new head coach leading the way: Jeff Brohm. They’ve also brought in Plummer, who played three seasons at Purdue under Brohm before transferring to California.
Plummer passed for 3,095 yards, 21 TDs in the Golden State and had a QB rating of 131.6 and now he’s back with Brohm and his familiarity with the offensive scheme has given him the edge over Brock Domann and Evan Conley.
