10. Connor Moberly, QB, Southeast Polk

Moberly has got all the right stuff. In his first year as the starter at Southeast Polk, he took them to the promised land. The Rams won a 5A state title behind a clutch performance from their field general. The 6-foot-4, 195-pounder was pursued by a number of major schools. He would eventually commit to Iowa State.
