Buffington checks in at No. 4 on the ESPN list of HS senior recruits from Iowa. He’s a leading prospect at outside linebacker with a lot of upside. At 6-foot-3 and 200 pounds, he’s a very good athlete with room to grow. Buffington soon becomes a member of the Iowa Hawkeyes.
