Top 10 MLB players who competed in Little League World Series

10. Michael Conforto, 2004

Conforto is one of the more recent names on this list who competed in the 2004 Little League World Series with Redmond North out of Washington. He would later attend Redmond High School, and stay close to home for college with Oregon State before being selected 10th overall in the 2014 MLB Draft by the Mets.

It didn’t take long for Conforto to rise the ranks in the Mets’ farm system, making his debut in 2015, and becoming an All-Star just two seasons later. Currently in his first season with the Giants, Conforto continues to inch closer to the 1,000-hit mark with a career .254 batting average.
