Women’s Cross Country Picked Eighth in LSC Preseason Poll

RICHARDSON, Texas (August 22, 2023) – The Lubbock Christian women’s cross country team was picked to finish eighth in the Lone Star Conference Preseason Poll, as voted on by league coaches, sports information directors, and media members. The Lady Chaps received 243 points following an eighth-place finish at last season’s LSC Championship Meet. Dallas Baptist is predicted to bring home the title for a fourth consecutive year totaling 460 points and collecting 21 of the possible 31 first place votes.
