3. Chris Klieman, Kansas State 

Klieman had a tremendous amount of success at FCS powerhouse NDSU, winning four national titles and he carried that success over to the FBS, leading the Wildcats to a 30-20 record in four seasons. Klieman had his best season as a Power 5 coach in 2022, finishing at 10-2 and upsetting TCU in the Big 12 championship, and he has KSU primed for a special 2023 season.
