Panthers Fall Short in Season-Opener Facing Belmont

NASHVILLE— Georgia State men’s soccer opened the 2023 regular season with a road matchup facing Belmont and came up short facing the Bruins, 1-0, on the road at E.S. Rose Park. GSU fell behind in the match after a goal by Belmont in the 37th minute. The Panthers held the Bruins scoreless for the remainder of the outing, with Josh Hangi recording four saves on the night.
