6. Steve Davis (1973-75)
Davis may not be near the top when it comes to OU passing records, but his influence on the program was monumental as he led the Sooners to back-to-back national titles in 1974 and 1975. He also was 32-1-1 and accumulated 4,031 all-purpose yards as the QB.
