PREVIEW: Men’s Cross Country Opens Season at Charleston Southern Invitational

NEWBERRY – The Newberry College men’s cross country team embarks upon the 2023 campaign in-state this Friday (Sept. 1) at the Charleston Southern Buccaneer Invitational. The Wolves, selected 12th overall in the South Atlantic Conference preseason coaches’ poll earlier this month, return a pair of runners from a season ago in Braylon Reier and Tavarian Thompson. Reier won the Livingstone Invitational as a freshman last year with a time of 29:18.70.
