One of the top-ranked players in the country, Simmons enjoyed a dominant junior campaign that helped Duncanville to its first state title win since 1998. With 33 tackles for loss and 22.5 sacks during his junior campaign, the Panthers’ star pass rusher showed why he’s been a tough assignment for opposing offensive lineman through his high school career.
