Hernandez Takes 1st, Lions 4th in Bruins XC Night Classic

The Emmanuel Lions Cross Country team traveled to Greenville, SC to compete in the Bruins XC Night Classic at Bob Jones University. The men competed in a 6000-meter race, finishing 4th overall with a score of 98. Senior, Demarco Hernandez led the way for the Lions, placing 1st overall with a time of 19:55.1. Freshman, Kyle Whipple competed well in his first collegiate race placing 17th with a time of 22:05.2. Senior, Zac Wright placed 21st overall with a time of 22:41.1.
