IC XC Has Record-Breaking Day at H.W. Wright Classic Hosted by Millikin

JACKSONVILLE, Ill. – The Illinois College men’s and women’s cross country teams traveled to Millikin University and competed in the H.W. Wright Classic Saturday evening. The women’s team began the night competing in the 4k race as Kairy Mercado-Ramos was the first IC female to cross the line with a 10th-place finish and a time of 17:46.6. The men’s team competed in the 6k race as Devin Boggs recorded a time of 21:09.8 which currently ranks third in the IC record book for that event.
