Mounties Open Season in Short Course Open

MANSFIELD Pa.- The Mansfield Mountaineer women’s cross country team began the 2023 season as they hosted Bloomsburg in the Short Course Open, on Thursday, Aug 31. Anna Duncan was the top Mountie finisher in the 4K race finishing sixth with a time of 15:59. Carrie Claypool was not far behind finishing seventh, with a time of 16:10. Angie Colon took 14th with a time of 16:32. Allyson Lewis (16th) and Marissa Allen (20th) opened their careers finishing with times of 17:06 and 17:55.
