Golden Eagles Open Cross Country Season In Fresno
FRESNO — Short-handed Cal State LA men’s and women’s cross country teams opened their 2023 seasons in the Seawolf Invitational in Fresno. David Rush finished 22nd to lead five Cal State LA men runners, while Norma Martinez took 26th to lead three Cal State LA women in the meet at Woodward Park that was hosted by Sonoma State. Cal State LA’s men finished with 101 points and trailed Cal Poly Pomona (21), Fresno Pacific (37) and Ventura (94).
