Men’s Cross Country: Hawks Come Out on Top in the Battle of the North Shore
WENHAM, Mass. – In a three-team field, the Roger Williams University men’s cross country team outlasted fellow Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) opponents, Endicott and Gordon, in the Battle of the North Shore. In the 5K race, the Hawks saw seven runners place inside the top 10 to compile a team score of 20, placing 35 ahead of the next closest team. Nathan Tassey (Whitman, Mass.) set a new personal best, shaving 50.98 seconds off his previous best time, posting a 15:20.42.
