Heat Forces Cross Country Meet Cancellation Friday

DEMOREST, Ga. – In the effort of student-athlete safety and wellness, the Piedmont cross country teams will not be traveling to the GMC Brickyard Invitational on Friday. Coach Jamie Jimison made the call based on the forecasted heat across the state of Georgia for this weekend. The teams will be back in action next weekend at the UNG Invite in Oakwood, Georgia on Friday, September 15.
