Lamar University’s soccer team claimed their third straight shutout win with a 2-0 victory over the Louisiana Ragin’ Cajuns. Hollie Massey and Isela Ramirez were the stars of the game, each scoring a goal in the second half. The Cardinals’ defense was solid, conceding only seven shots and goalkeeper Nicole Panis making one save. Head coach Nathan Kogut praised the team’s performance and execution against a tough opponent. LU will now return home for their final non-conference matchup against Xavier University.
