Panthers finish top five in Warrior Challenge
NEW BOSTON, Mich. – The Davenport University cross country team commenced their season in the Wayne State University Warrior Challenge as the men’s team finished third and the women’s finished fifth overall. Nine women’s racers competed for the Panthers as three of them finished in the top 25 of 88 total racers. Erin Dorn led the pack with a sixth-place finish (23:10.30), followed by Scout Nelson (10th, 23.28.20), Ella Baryo (22nd, 24:15.30), Morgan Steenstra (28th, 24:52.20), Olivia Richards (44th, 25:38.30), Claire Akin (52nd, 25:57.10), Alivia Lamborne (67th, 27:10.40), Kayleigh Kuhse (83rd, 29:33.40), and Molly Dailey (88th, 33:50.70).
