Cross Country runs at the Southwestern Showdown

GEORGETOWN, Texas – The University of Mary Hardin-Baylor men’s and women’s cross county teams competed at the Southwestern Showdown Saturday morning in Georgetown. The Cru women finished third in the team competition with a total time of 2:10:49 and 64 points. McMurry University and East Texas Baptist University both totaled 60 points, but McMurry took the team win with a fourth-place top finisher, while the Tigers finished in second.
