High school football: Rampants lose again, 46-35 to Jacksonville
A season that started with promise for J.H. Rose’s football team has gone in the wrong direction over the last month, and the first half against Jacksonville didn’t help the Rampants change course. Jacksonville scored touchdowns on each of its six first-half possessions in the first two quarters en route to a 46-35 victory over J.H. Rose in the Big Carolina 3A/4A Conference opener for both teams Friday at the Minges-Farley Athletic Complex.
