Oklahoma’s defense got a boost on Monday night. During his weekly Coaches Show, Brent Venables announced that cheetah linebacker Dasan McCullough would return to the lineup in the No. 16-ranked Sooners’ Big 12 opener against Cincinnati. McCullough, who was one of the most highly sought after defensive talents in the transfer portal this offseason, has been limited for the Sooners.
