Stracke Named NWC Runner of the Week

HILLSBORO, Ore. — Pacific Lutheran University men’s cross country runner Ryan Stracke was recognized by the Northwest Conference office on Monday, earning NWC Runner of the Week honors. Stracke lands the honor after finishing as the top Division III runner and fourth overall at the PLU Invitational on Saturday. The senior navigated the 8,000-meter course in 25 minutes, 4.1 seconds, enjoying an 18-second gap on the next fastest D3 runner.
