Hopf earns OVC weekly honor

EVANSVILLE, Ind.—University of Southern Indiana Men’s Cross Country senior Mitchell Hopf (Santa Claus, Indiana) has been named the Ohio Valley Conference Male Runner of the Week in a release by the league office Tuesday following his performance at the Indiana State John McNichols Invitational Saturday in Terre Haute, Indiana. It marks the first time in Hopf’s collegiate career that he has garnered Runner of the Week honors and the first time this season by a Screaming Eagle.
