Men’s Golf Concludes Valpo Fall Invitational

Chesterton, Ind. – The Green Bay men’s golf team concluded their second tournament of the fall Tuesday afternoon at the Valpo Fall Invitational. Despite good outings from Trent Meyer and Joe Forsting, the Phoenix finished in 9th place. Meyer, a sophomore, paced the team with a 227 (+11), good for a tie in 20th place. He finished the opening round by hitting par (72) before recording a 75 (+3) in round three. Forsting continued a nice fall season by tallying 229 (+13) strokes.
