Cross Country Volunteers with Habitat for Humanity Furniture Build
TACOMA, Wash. — The 2023-2024 academic year just got underway, but the Pacific Lutheran University men’s and women’s cross country programs have already found a way to give back to the community, volunteering with Habitat for Humanity. The Lutes spent a day helping the organization building furniture for their store in Tacoma. After just three hours of work, the team built around three to five thousand dollars worth of furniture.
