Ranking the top 10 Seattle Seahawks players of all time
5. Russell Wilson, QB (2012-21)
The Seahawks signed Matt Flynn to a three-year, $20.5 million deal in 2012, but they also used a third-round draft pick on Wilson, who beat out Flynn and Tarvaris Jackson to become the starter and he threw for over 3,000 yards, 26 TDs and completed 64.1% of his passes as a rookie.
Wilson built upon an impressive first season and racked up over 37,000 passing yards, had 292 passing TDs and completed 65% of his passes in Seattle and led it to back-to-back Super Bowl appearances.
